Research, mapping and practice review
We help providers build strategies grounded in evidence — combining socio-economic research, stakeholder insight, and demographic analysis to produce plans that are ambitious, realistic, and ready to act on.
We've helped multiple providers modernise their business support functions — from full professional services reviews using AI-enabled demand forecasting and cost modelling, to targeted reviews of registry, MIS, and learner support to identify risks, inefficiencies, and future-fit structures.
Working with a consortium of five colleges, we mapped existing NEET provision and the collective offer, producing an insights report that highlighted good practice, gaps, and sector-benchmarked recommendations, supported by collaborative workshops.
National data
observatory
We are currently building a centralised data hub and front-end observatory for the Construction Technical Excellence Colleges network — bringing together national and regional skills demand and supply data into a single, accessible platform.
Curriculum planning and scenario modelling
Utilising our bespoke Curriculum Mapping Tool, we deliver evaluative reports with robust demographic projections and data-backed scenarios for student number growth — giving curriculum leaders clear sight of opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities.

LSIP employer
feedback tool
We designed and built a structured employer feedback tool to capture insights consistently across ILPs, chambers, and engagement routes — fully aligned with the LSIP2 methodology and shared across partner organisations.
Skills demand and supply mapping (SILA)
Using our bespoke SILA tool, we've undertaken strategic research for providers, college groups, and LSIPs — mapping local demographic trends against skills demand and supply to reveal how well the current offer is meeting present and future needs.
County-wide
skills review
Working across four FE colleges and a university, we conducted a comprehensive county-wide review of skills supply and demand — developing Strategic Intent Documents and curriculum maps aligned to occupational levels.
